Terms & Conditions

Terms & conditions are subject to change. These conditions can be saved electronically or printed by all users of our website. Whilst they remain posted on our Website, these Conditions will apply to all transactions carried out via our Website, e-mail and by telephone. All Terms and conditions are effective as of 1st Jan ‘2018.

PRICE

Prices always refer to a single unit and Sales Tax is not included in the price. on Upholstery items, the price includes the standard fabric; in case a different fabric from LUXURIOSE collection is required the client should contact LUXURIOSE to enquire the price; In case the client should use their own fabric there is a different price for the item. We reserve the right, to discontinue products or change specifications and prices on products.

PACKAGING

Packaging is included in the price. We use wooden boxes for
packaging of our items; if the client requires specific packaging,
they will be charged accordingly.

SHIPPING

LUXURIOSE provides complimentary transportation services
within the city of Karachi. The cost of shipping items out of
Karachi are exclusive and client will be required to pay such
charges. Shipping costs are available; please contact
LUXURIOSE for additional information.

ACCOUNTS

All accounts will only be registered once the first invoice is
issued. Client has to provide valid details such as: Billing name,
Billing address, Telephone number. Open credit terms will be
considered on an individual basis, after the first order.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders will require a 40% deposit and the balance prior to
shipping the order. (until 3 days before expedition date).
Customized orders or large value orders will require 50%
deposit. Payment must be made by bank account transfer.
All pieces are the property of LUXURIOSE until payment in
full is received. LUXURIOSE reserve the right to defer the
dispatch date until the balance of the order is received.
LUXURIOSE reserves the right to apply a warehouse fee, for
orders outstanding for more than 31 days after production.

SAMPLES

Samples for our standard finishes are available, for polish,
wood and fabrics. If the clients wishes to acquire any of the

LEAD TIMES

Production time is between 6 to 8 weeks, delivery time is
not included. For pieces with custom specifications or orders
of large quantities, lead time may vary which will be discussed
with the client. Lead time for orders where clients provides
their own fabric for the products only start once the fabric
arrives at our office. All fabrics must be identified with the
proper document.

FREIGHT POLICY & DAMAGE CLAIMS

All the transports made by LUXURIOSE are assured. If
transportation is arranged by LUXURIOSE for orders out of
Karachi, fees will be charged separately from the product(s)
value. All products are carefully packed and inspected prior
to shipment. If the client chooses to transport the product(s)
by his own methods or means, LUXURIOSE will be free of
any charges or responsibility over events that might occur
during transportation.

Should visible or concealed damage occur in transit,
immediately notify us within 48 hours and we will do our
best to leave you satisfied by fixing that damage free of cost
or by charging a minimal cost. Photographic evidence of the
damages should be sent via email to luxurioseinc@gmail.com.

Failure to report concealed damage within fifteen days of
receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Proving that any
damage in the piece(s) requires replacement, LUXURIOSE
compromises to exchange the damaged part/piece integrally
within a period agreed with the client. It is mandatory for us

to receive the damaged part/piece before replacing it by the
new one.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Merchandise is manufactured upon the receipt of the
order and deposit. Cancellations will not be accepted
after 5 working days from the order issue date. A 40%
restocking fee will be applied to any cancellations
received after the order issue date.

PRODUCT

Each LUXURIOSE design is hand crafted. While every effort
is made to maintain uniformity, slight variations may occur.
Images on catalogue or website may vary from the final
product.
